Nigel Hambly was full of praise for Waterloo after his side's win |
Redruth head coach Nigel Hambly says Waterloo are much better than their status at the bottom of the table suggests after beating them 35-17. Saturday's victory at Blundellsands was the tenth in a row for Redruth as they pulled eight points clear at the top of National League Two. "We've played 10 games now and half the sides we've played are a lot worse than them," Hambly told BBC Radio Cornwall. "They showed tremendous courage and tremendous tenacity today". Hambly also said he is happy with how his unbeaten side have performed so far this season. "I suppose we could have 50 points but we've only got 48," he added. "But you can't have everything."
