Hooker Rob Rawlinson will have his hands full against Bedford |
Leeds head coach Neil Back has warned his side to be ready for the 'tough challenge' Bedford Blues will present at Headingley on Sunday. Bedford have lost their last two matches and Back is wary of their desire to get back to winning ways. "Bedford will present a different and tough challenge to us," Back told BBC Radio Leeds. "They'll want to turn around their two defeats quickly and where better to do that than at the league leaders." Leeds came back from 13-11 down at half-time against Doncaster Knights last Saturday to eventually win 28-13 and keep their unbeaten record in tactic.
Back added: "Bedford have a well organised set-piece and great line-out options so we'll have to try, disrupt and nullify that.
"They play with a lot of width and they change the way they play and attack. "It has been a challenge looking at them but we feel we have put a game plan together that will see us through at the weekend. "We are in a buoyant mood, are confident and there is great self belief in the squad." You can hear full commentary of Leeds v Bedford on BBC Radio Leeds on 774 AM, DAB and Online from 1450 GMT on Sunday.
