Yapp is looking for a World Cup Sevens place

Former England captain Jo Yapp is one of three Worcester players named in the England sevens training squad.

Yapp is joined in the squad by Sarah Guest and Kat Merchant, as they prepare for the IRB Women's Rugby World Cup Sevens to be held in Dubai in March.

As part of the team's build-up, England will compete in Dubai in November and San Diego in February.

The squad enjoyed a clean sweep in their 2008 tournaments, including a win in the Home Nations championship.
