Worcester's Laura Keates captained England's Under 20s to victory in their second Nations Cup match in Toronto.

Bath's Nicole Hoole scored two of England's four tries as they beat Canada A 22-0.

Laura Keates and her Worcester team-mate Samantha Bree started the game, while Sarah Guest came on as a second-half replacement.

England take on Wales on Wednesday evening when a win would be enough to see them into the Championship final.
