Worcester Warriors' Laura Keates is to captain the England women's Under-20s team in next month's Nations Cup in Toronto, Canada.

She will be joined in the 26-strong squad by her Warriors' team-mates Sarah Guest and Samantha Bree.

England will open with a match against Canada on Friday 11 July before taking on Canada A three days later.

They will then face Wales on Wednesday 16 July with the final due to be played on the following Saturday.
