Worcester Women's duo Laura Keates and Sarah Guest are to co-captain England Under-20s in their re-match with Wales. Scrum-half Guest is one of three players in the squad to have won England A caps this season.
Worcester's Samantha Bree is also named among the replacements for the game at Heythrop Park in Oxfordshire on Thursday 27 March.
England won 31-0 in the last meeting with Wales in February.
