Champions Munster are aiming to win the Heineken Cup for the third time in four years as Europe's showpiece club tournament gets under way again. French aristocrats Toulouse, beaten finalists last year, will aim to go one better and win a record fourth title, while two-time winners Wasps and Leicester lead a formidable English challenge. The Ospreys appear Wales' best bet to win the competition for the first time, while qualification for the knock-out stages would count as a major success for any of the Scottish and Italian sides. The competition features many of the biggest names in world rugby with new arrivals such as Dan Carter, Rocky Elsom and Mark Gasnier joining the likes of Danny Cipriani, Shane Williams and Brian O'Driscoll.
