Plymouth Albion fell to their first league defeat of the season to a rampant Nottingham side at Meadow Lane. Nottingham led at half-time after tries from Dave Jackson, Tim Taylor and Luke Sheriff, although a late try from Keni Fisilau kept Albion in it at 22-14. But in the second half Nottingham opened up their lead over Albion. Former Albion lock Nic Rouse and Lee Morley got a try each as Jackson kicked three penalties to add to one in the first half to make it 43-19.
