Former Wales Under-21 hooker Matt Miles has signed for Cambridge Rugby Club.

The 26-year-old returns to the side where he began his rugby career with their mini and youth teams.

He arrives from Ulster and previously played for Birmingham & Solihull and Northampton Saints in National One.

Coach James Shanahan told BBC Radio Cambridgeshire: "It is good to get these home-grown players back to Cambridge and they can see we are an ambitious club."
