Exeter scrum-half Kevin Barrett has been recalled by England for next week's American leg of the IRB World Sevens Series in San Diego. The 27-year-old last played for the national Sevens side in 2002.
"There's some assets you need," he told BBC Radio Devon. "Mainly speed and power, I suppose, to get through the gaps."
Barrett flies out on Sunday, just a day after the Chiefs host Coventry in the fifth round of the EDF National Trophy.
