We can still finish top, says Warrington's Ben Harrison
Barrow boy Harrison admits that he is enjoying his role as prop this season
Warrington forward Ben Harrison admits that the Challenge Cup semi-finalists are still aiming for top spot in Super League come the end of the season.
Second-placed Wolves are still well in contention at the top, sitting just four points behind leaders Wigan.
"We've got to remember we are still in a very good position in the league," Harrison told BBC Radio Merseyside.
"If we want that top spot, which is a massive goal for us, then we have got to focus on every game week-to-week."
Harrison added: "We can't afford to let the lead that Wigan have on us to go to six points.
"We need to stay in contention and wait for them to slip up rather than us."
Warrington face Hull KR at the Halliwell Jones on Friday, knowing that, in their last meeting against Rovers in April, they slipped to a 36-16 defeat at Craven Park.
And, without their three England absentees, Adrian Morley, Chris Bridge and Ben Westwood, Harrison believes that they will again be in for a battle.
"We had a tough game there," he said. "We were at the losing end of a hard game.
"It's going to be a really tough game and we're down a couple of numbers.
"The people that come in there is an onus on them to stick their neck out and be counted."
