Winger Damien Blanch has left Widnes to sign a two-year contract with the Wakefield Wildcats. Blanch scored 19 tries in 27 appearances for Widnes but is the latest departure since the club's decision to go into administration.
Wakefield coach John Kear said: "He will bring both size and pace to the wing position at Belle Vue."
The 24-year-old will help replace Semi Tadulala and Peter Fox, who have joined Bradford and Hull KR respectively.
