Jones-Bishop has scored four tries for Quins this season |
Harlequins have confirmed that full-back Ben Jones-Bishop suffered a depressed fracture of the skull during Friday's 38-26 win at leaders Wigan. The 21-year-old, who is on a season-long loan from Leeds, was caught on the head by a stud in an accidental clash. Jones-Bishop underwent scans during a two-night stay in hospital before being released on Sunday. A Quins spokesman said: "Ben will have further tests this week to ascertain the full extent of the injury." It is unclear how long Jones-Bishop, who has been an ever-present so far this season, will be out of action. But he will definitely miss the trip to Murrayfield to face Hull on Saturday and the following week's Challenge Cup fifth round tie at St Helens.
