 Burrow has ligament damage |
Leeds Rhinos will be without scrum-half Rob Burrow for up to three months after he suffered a knee injury. Burrow left the field in the first half of Saturday's 34-30 win over Wakefield and further scans have revealed cruciate ligament damage. But the former Great Britain international will not require surgery. "Hopefully I will be able to get back sooner than expected but I will leave the decision to the medical team," Burrow told the club website. "We have got a strong squad here at the Rhinos," he added. "I am sure the boys will continue to perform well in the next couple of weeks as we have got some big games coming up."
