Hull KR have been found guilty of failing to ensure that supporters did not invade the Craven Park pitch during July's derby match against Hull FC. A handful fans from both sides clashed after Hull's 30-20 Super League win.
Rovers have been fined 7,500 - with 5,000 suspended - and ordered to pay the costs of the case, while Hull FC were found not guilty.
"We respect the RFL's decision and we will move on from it," Hull KR chairman Neil Hudgell said.
"We are moving on to bigger and better things and we are looking forward to the 2008 season."
News of the fine came on the day the 2008 fixtures were revealed, with the clubs again meeting four times next season.
They will go head-to-head at the Millennium Magic event on 4 May, with games at Craven Park on 21 March and 7 September and at the KC Stadium on 20 July.
