Burnett had limited opportunities at the KC Stadium last season |
Hull FC forward Mike Burnett says he wants to be playing regular first-team rugby this season. The 22-year-old, who has been linked to Harlequins, Wakefield and Crusaders on loan, has played 38 times for the Black & Whites. He told BBC Radio Humberside: "Obviously I'd have to have a look at it if I wasn't playing for Hull FC. "My goals are to be playing in the Super League - it's going to be tough and if I get a chance I must take it." He added: "It'll be tough for anyone even if you're a first team regular or just a fringe player because there's no getting away from it - we've got a strong forward pack."
