Sharp's side have picked up four points in eight games this season |
Hull coach Peter Sharp said he thinks people are over-reacting to his side's poor start to the season and wants fans to judge them at the end of the year. The Black and White's 30-4 home defeat to Leeds on Easter Monday has left them second bottom of the Super League. He said: "I'm concerned because we are not winning but not overly concerned. There's a lot of football to be played. "Lets see what it's like at the end of the year before everyone starts jumping up and down." Sharp is confident once the club's injury list clears up that they will turn things around. | We just need some personnel back and some time on the training park and I have no doubt that we will be ok |
"We get the troops back and we get some time on the training park and we will be a very good side. "We need a bit of size back there. Willy gives us a bit of grunt, Carvell certainly gives us some grunt and Ewan Dowes does as well." "Anyone who writes us off at this stage I reckon would do so at their own peril. "We are very tough and very courageous and they are trying their socks off, they really are. "We just need some personnel back and some time on the training park and I have no doubt that we will be ok."
