Robinson has switched clubs following Salford's relegation |
Huddersfield have signed England scrum-half Luke Robinson on a three-year deal from Salford. The 23-year-old was available with his contract with the Reds becoming void after their relegation from Super League was confirmed.
Giants coach Jon Sharp has identified Robinson as a replacement for the departing Brad Drew.
"We have the perfect player to step into Brad's shoes - both are half-backs and excellent kickers," he said.
"On top of that, Luke is a warrior and has the heart of a lion. He's tenacious and blessed with an incredible amount of skill.

"He is one of the best half-backs in the game and to be able to bring him here is absolutely fantastic.
"I'm extremely excited about seeing him link up with Kevin Brown. As far as I'm concerned, we've got the future Great Britain half-back pairing."
Robinson is the second Salford player to secure his future away from The Willows, with second rower Mike Wainwright announcing a move to Leigh.
