Wild is in his second season with the club after his switch from Wigan |
Great Britain international Stephen Wild has turned down an offer from St Helens to stay at Huddersfield. The 26-year-old forward has signed a new three-year deal to keep him at the Galpharm Stadium until 2010.
"I love it here and that's why I'm staying," Wild said. "I've made the right choice.
"I had the opportunity to go to St Helens, and a number of other clubs were interested, but we've got a lot of success ahead here at the Giants."

Wild joined Huddersfield from Wigan for the start of the 2006 season and coach Jon Sharp is pleased to retain his services.
"For Stephen to be courted by the top clubs in the competition and decide to stay with the Giants is something that fills me with pride," said Sharp.
"Stephen is a highly ambitious individual and is very keen to win things. By signing this new deal, he obviously believes he can win things at the Giants."
