Ferres has not missed a game for Castleford this season |
Castleford Tigers have been dealt another injury blow with the news that forward Brett Ferres is out for up to three months with a shoulder injury. The second rower has had surgery on the injury which he picked up in Saturday's 24-20 defeat to Hull KR. Ferres joins long-term absentees Richard Owen (broken leg) and utility player Dean Widders (knee) in the treatment room. Ryan Clayton could deputise for the Tiger's trip to Hull on Friday night.
