Matterson has guided Castleford to sixth in Super League
Castleford Tigers head coach Terry Matterson says his side's superb away form is down to a great club spirit.
The Tigers are unbeaten away from the Jungle this season with their latest win on the road coming at Celtic Crusaders on Sunday.
"We enjoy getting together as a group of people and going on the road," Matterson told BBC Radio Leeds.
"We have a really good route when on the road and we look forward to away games," he added.
Meanwhile, prop forward Jonathan Walker has returned to the Tigers after a loan spell with Gateshead Thunder.
The 19-year-old Bradford-born player will now be pushing for a first grade place at the Jungle.
Head of youth development Steve Gill said: "It was always our intention to bring Jonathan back sooner rather than later, he is part of our long-term plans, and he will now be looking to press his claims with Terry (Matterson) for a senior place.
"I would like to thank Gateshead for giving him the opportunity to play some first-team football."
