Langley's Bulls team have taken three points from a possible 12 this season
Bradford Bulls prop Jamie Langley believes coach Steve McNamara has the full backing of his players.
McNamara has come under pressure after a poor start to the season that has seen the Bulls win just once.
Langley told BBC Radio Leeds: "He's probably taken a bit of unfair criticism at the minute.
"It's not him on the field dropping the ball or turning possession over so the majority of it is on our shoulders and we've got to take the blame."
Bradford are fourth-from-bottom of the Super League table with their only win so far coming away to the Catalans Dragons.
Everyone seems confident - there's still a great team spirit there and we still believe in the direction we're going in

They go to the south of France again this weekend in the Challenge Cup still smarting from Sunday's defeat at Castleford, though Langley insists the players are far from downbeat.
"It's very easy to be frustrated at this moment in time - I think some of these games seem to be slipping away from us.
"We seem to have them in the bag and then, for whatever reason, they're getting away from us.
"Everyone seems confident - there's still a great team spirit there and we still believe in the direction we're going in.
"Steve and his staff are doing everything they can to prepare us for the games and they're doing a fantastic job.
"They've got the backing, 100% by the players, it's just a matter of us going out there and doing what they're teaching us and putting it into practice."
