Bradford Bulls head coach Steve McNamara has insisted the clash with Leeds Rhinos is just another game. The West Yorkshire rivals meet at Millennium Magic on Saturday, as the Bulls look to gain revenge for their 44-2 defeat at Headingley in March. "It's two points that's up for grabs, regardless of where or who we are playing," Great Britain assistant coach McNamara told BBC Radio Leeds. "We just have to focus on the performance and getting the result." Bradford also suffered defeat at the hands of the world club champions at the inaugural Millennium Magic weekend last season, thanks to a controversial last-minute try for the Rhinos. However, McNamara has reiterated that will not effect the 2008 event. "We aren't thinking of that at all. We are more concerned with thinking of last week's performance against Wigan and how we can improve. | Hopefully we can be part of more drama this Saturday by being part of another great game Bradford coach Steve McNamara |
"Last year will go down in the history book and people will talk about that game for years to come. "We were part of that drama, and hopefully we can be part of more drama this Saturday by being part of another great game and hopefully we can spread the word of rugby league across Wales," concluded McNamara. BBC Radio Leeds will bring you all three Millennium Magic matches involving Super League's West Yorkshire clubs on Saturday, starting from 1400 BST.
