Wakefield went top of the Super League table after a convincing win over Hull FC at the KC Stadium on Sunday.
A Jamie Rooney kick set-up Jason Demetriou to score in the second minute before Danny Tickle hit back for Hull.
Paul March's try and two Rooney goals gave the visitors a comfortable cushion at the interval.
Wakefield scrum-half Ben Jeffries put Brett Ferres in for another try after the break and Rooney rounded things off with a drop-goal on 75 minutes.

A Challenge Cup winner with the Black and Whites in 2005, Wakefield coach John Kear was acrimoniously axed just two months into last season.
So he will no doubt have felt a great deal of satisfaction at condemning his former club to a third successive defeat.
More important will be his side's success - their third in a row - which buries all memories of their opening day defeat to Hull KR.
Peter Sharp's Hull FC - runners up in last year's Grand Final - have now failed to register a win from their opening four games.
Wakefield coach John Kear: "I thought it was a very good performance from my team.
"We came here with a plan and executed it very well despite adverse conditions. I'm very pleased for the players. I thought they performed outstandingly well.
"It's only round four which is a seventh of the way through the season. We're fully aware that there's a lot more hard work to be done.
"What we have to do is not believe any publicity, which we never get anyway. We need to realise why we have made this good start and the reason is due to the hard work we're putting in preparing for games."
Hull coach Peter Sharp: "It's fair to say it was the worst performance since I came here.
"They're trying hard but occasionally it just doesn't happen for a team and it's just not happening for us as a team or individually at the moment.
"We had poor discipline, poor ball control and all those things add up."
