 | MATCH SUMMARY Leeds (16) 42 Tries: Ellis, Senior 2, Peacock, Diskin 2, Donald, McGuire, Gibson Goals: Gibson 3 Castleford (6) 6 Try: Platt Goal: McGoldrick | Leeds ran in nine tries to demolish struggling Castleford at Headingley. The Tigers claimed a shock lead after 10 minutes through Michael Platt but it was one-way traffic after Gareth Ellis and Keith Senior put Leeds ahead. Jamie Peacock scored just before the break to make the score 16-6 and the Rhinos romped home with another six tries after the break. The pick of the tries came from Danny McGuire, who scored his 100th Rhinos try after collecting his own chip. The defeat is Castleford's third in a week and leaves them second from bottom of Super League with just three wins from the opening 11 games. Leeds, however, are in second, just four points behind unbeaten St Helens and were boosted by the appearance of Australian star Mark O'Neill, who finally made his Rhinos debut after recovering from a shoulder injury. Leeds boss Tony Smith On Danny McGuire scoring his 100th try: "To do it at such a young age, it makes my mind boggle how many he's going to score. On Australian Mark O'Neill, who finally made his debut: "He's a smart rugby league player and made a really good debut. "Overall it was a scrappy game - I thought only one team wanted to play." Castleford boss Terry Matterson "We made a heap of mistakes, our skill was poor but it was a big improvement from last week. "I thought there was a lot of effort there from our guys. We need to do better defensively now. "It's going to take a while but the scoreline only blew out because of all the ball they had."
