A late Stacey Jones try secured a narrow win for the Catalans Dragons over Super League leaders St Helens.
The under-strength Saints looked to have wrapped up an unlikely win after second-half tries from Craig Ashall, Craig Littler and Gareth Langley.
The Dragons, who had led 20-6 in the first half after four tries, saw Jerome Guisset sent off for a high tackle on Nick Fozzard with five minutes left.
But Jones' effort right at the death clinched the points for the home side.
Catalans coach Mick Potter "It was an unattractive game for us but we won.
"We try to win every game we play and we still have three games remaining. Our aim is to not finish last."
St Helens coach Daniel Anderson "We certainly gave it our all. They could have been forgiven for folding at 20-6 down but they showed how tough they are.
"It was a very courageous performance.
"A number of our players are teenagers and they showed they can compete in Super League, but they also showed all the clubs the talent that we have at St Helens."
