 | MATCH SUMMARY Castleford (22) 34 Tries: Pryce, Viane 3, Huby, Fletcher, Shenton Goals: Huby 2, Kain Dragons (10) 28 Tries: Fakir, Bosc, Beattie, Guigue, Wilson Goals: Frayssinous 4 | Castleford claimed their first win of the season but, after leading 26-10 at one stage, they had to come from behind late on to take the points. The Tigers took control early on and dominated first-half matters with Gray Viane and Ryan McGoldrick starring. But the visitors fought back and went 28-26 up on 63 minutes through John Wilson's try. Michael Shenton eased the Castleford nerves before Viane completed his hat-trick on full-time to seal the win. Castleford coach Terry Matterson:
"It shouldn't have been that tough but I suppose we gave the crowd an exciting game at the end of it. "We scored early in the second half and I think we thought we were going to coast home, and from that the opposition got a lot of confidence. "We were dead in the water and I couldn't see where our next points were going to come from but our boys dug deep." Catalans assistant coach Paul Donkin:
"You can't play 40 minutes of footy and expect to win a game. Full credit to Castleford, they really came out and gave it to us. "At half-time we felt pretty positive and in the second-half we stuck to our guns but in the end the clock got us. "The way we came back into the game is a real positive and we have to build on that."
