 Gleeson joines Warrington from St Helens in a �200,000 deal |
Martin Gleeson made his return to club rugby on Sunday as Warrington edged out Salford 26-24 in a pre-season friendly. The Great Britain centre missed the last four months of Super League IX after being banned for betting on his former team, St Helens, to lose.
Gleeson failed to get on the scoresheet but two late tries from full-back Brent Grose helped give the Wolves victory.
Full-back Karl Fitzpatrick scored a first-half hat-trick of tries for the visitors as they made a storming start.
