Rugby Football League chief Richard Lewis has revealed that not all Super League clubs are in favour of UTC joining the competition in 2006. The French side will put their case to the 12 top-flight clubs at a meeting on Tuesday, 20 April.
But Lewis says UTC will not have an easy time securing the majority verdict they require for entry.
"I feel UTC should be in Super League but I don't think it will be an overwhelming decision," said Lewis.
