The Boulevard will host its last game on Tuesday when Hull take on New Zealand.

Hull are moving to a new stadium and the match against the Kiwis will bring the curtain down on 107 years of rugby league at the famous ground.

Coach Shaun McRae says the game will be a moving occasion.

"I think the emotion is really going to get to the players," he said.

"The guys actually really want to play in this game, they want to be out there."

Hull supporters are known for their fervour with some fans even having their ashes scattered over the ground.

"I went because my dad went and he went because his dad went," one fan told BBC Radio Humberside.

"Hull started using the Boulevard in 1895 and someone from my family has been going there ever since."

"A lot of teams would come here and find it difficult to get a result - that's because the ground is steeped in history," said another fan.

However, most are philosophical about the move to a new stadium.

"It will be difficult but we've just got to move forward," said one fan.

But on Tuesday evening in Hull, the club anthem "Old Faithful" is likely to be sung like never before as the club says farewell to the Boulevard.
