Super League strugglers Salford have lifted their ban on captain Bobbie Goulding following an internal disciplinary hearing..

The former Great Britain half-back was banned following a training ground bust-up with team-mate Graham Holroyd.

"The matter is now closed," said Carolyn Derbyshire, the Reds media manager.

"The club will not enter into any further dialogue over the incident.

"Bobbie is back in training, and all focus is firmly fixed on moving away from the bottom of the league table."
