Australia skipper Darren Lockyer lifts the Tri-Nations trophy

The tournament, involving Great Britain, New Zealand and the holders Australia, will reach its climax on Saturday, 26 November.

Britain will play in London for the first time in nine years when they face the Kiwis at Loftus Road on 29 October.

The other UK games will take place in Wigan, Huddersfield and Hull, which all hosted matches last year.

Both games between New Zealand and Australia will be held down under on October 15 and 22.

A total of 163,195 fans watched the six games in England, three of which were sell-outs.

Last year's final drew a capacity crowd of 39,120 to Leeds and the same number are expected again if Brian Noble's side reach the decider.

Organisers turned to Elland Road again after discovering that their first choice, the 48,500-capacity City of Manchester Stadium, was not available.

Richard Lewis, the RFL's executive chairman, said: "It's good to be playing in London again, particularly in light of the city's successful bid to host the 2012 Olympic Games.

"It reflects our sport's increasing presence on the national sporting stage.

"We've also chosen to stage games within the sport's support centres so that our family audience can readily access games where they can see many of the top players in the world in action."
