Bell won seven Challenge Cups and six championships with Wigan |
Wigan legend Dean Bell has joined NRL side New Zealand Warriors as the club's community and development manager. The 44-year-old Kiwi recently ended his long association with Wigan, where he held a similar position.
"I've had the best part of 20 years in England and we were keen to come back to New Zealand on a permanent basis," said Bell.
"This opportunity couldn't have been a better one for me. I love working in the development side of the game."
Bell won 26 caps for New Zealand, and played 253 games for Wigan during their glory years.
"Coming back to the Warriors for a brief visit last year really excited me," added Bell.
"There seemed to be so many good things going on around the club."
