Coventry Bears ran in seven tries as they beat Dewsbury Celtic 38-16 at the Butts Park Arena. Chad Grant weighed in with 12 of the points as he touched down once and kicked three conversions and a penalty. Brad Massey and Rob Brown scored first half tries to give the home side a slender 12-10 lead at the break. Tom Tsang, Nick Thatcher, Grant, Mike Venn and Adam Barnett all crossed after the interval with Aaron Higgins adding a fourth conversion.
