Bradbury joined Saints from Saddleworth Rangers

Championship One side Oldham Roughyeds have signed St Helens centre Jack Bradbury on a one-year contract.

The Oldham-born 20-year-old spent four years at Saints and was a full-time member of their 2010 first-team squad, but never played in Super League.

Bradbury, who will revert to part-time status, said: "I was disappointed in how it all ended for me at Saints but I have to move on.

"I am looking forward to the experience of playing for my hometown team."

Roughyeds coach Tony Benson said: "Jack will be a great addition to the squad. I am sure he will eventually get back into Super League."
