Yeaman scored two of Hull's six tries |
Craig Hall and Kirk Yeaman each scored twice as Hull maintained their 100 per cent start to Super League XIV. The visitors ran in six tries at the Grattan Stadium to notch up their fifth win of the season and leave the Bulls still looking for their first. Richard Horne and Chris Thorman also crossed while Danny Tickle booted six goals to take his season's tally to 23. Bradford scored two tries in each half but never got close enough to really challenge Hull's superiority.
Hull coach Richard Agar: "Any victory at Odsal is very rare and we are going to savour it. We worked very hard for it. "I thought we got a dream start to go 12-0 up into the teeth of such a strong wind. That very much helped our cause and was a catalyst for a great victory." On his side's superb start to the campaign: "I'm very surprised, to be honest, when you look at the fixture list and the way Super League has been panning out. "It's a very good start and today was a culmination of winning those four games, coming in so confident."
