Celtic Crusaders reached the National League One Grand Final thanks to an eight-try win over Salford City Reds. Luke Dyer and Tony Duggan each scored two tries while Damien Quinn, Anthony Blackwood, Ian Webster and Jordan James also went over for the Welsh club. Salford were three tries down before Stephen Bannister scores, with Richard Myler getting two more tries late on. The Reds have a second chance to reach the final when they host either Halifax or Whitehaven in a week's time. "It was important to keep cool," said Crusaders coach John Dixon. "We did that and played some wonderful rugby league. "It was a really good performance from us today. We've got a core of good players who play very exciting rugby league."
