Sheffield Eagles have agreed new contracts with forwards Jack Howieson and Ged Corcoran.

Eagles captain Jack Howieson has signed a one-year deal and fellow forward Ged Corcoran will stay at the Don Valley for a further two years.

Eagles chief executive Mark Aston is delighted to retain their services.

He told BBC Radio Sheffield: "It's massive to us because that means we've got the strength of the squad and the leaders of the team."
