Smith will finalise his GB squad on October 13 |
Great Britain coach Tony Smith will use October's centenary international as a warm-up for the Test series against New Zealand later the same month. Smith will be in charge of the Northern Union side against the New Zealand All Golds on 20 October to commemorate 100 years of international competition.
However, he will restrict his selection for the game at Warrington to members of the Great Britain train-on squad.
Huddersfield's Kevin Brown has pulled out of the squad to have groin surgery.
"Kevin has had a bit of tear for a few weeks and he decided it was best to get it done sooner rather than later," said Huddersfield football manager Stuart Sheard.
"It's very disappointing for him but he's only young and his chance will come."
The uncapped Brown narrowly missed out on selection for Britain's mid-season Test against France.

The All Golds team will include invitational players, among them former Australia forward Steve Price and retired Kiwi internationals Stacey Jones and Ruben Wiki.
Smith said: "It is an unique opportunity for our players to take part in what is an extremely significant and important celebration.
"Our team will be playing with great pride and determination and treating this like a fourth Test."
Revised Great Britain squad: Matt Blaymire, Jamie Rooney, Richard Moore (Wakefield), Stephen Wild (Huddersfield), Sam Burgess, Paul Deacon, Andy Lynch, Terry Newton, Michael Platt (Bradford), Jon Clarke, Adrian Morley, Kevin Penny, Ben Westwood, Martin Gleeson (Warrington), Andy Coley (Salford, now Wigan), David Hodgson (Salford, now Huddersfield), Paul Sykes (Harlequins, now Bradford).
