Steve Price will guest for the New Zealand All Golds against a Northern Union side in Warrington on 21 October. The Australian Test prop said it was "mind-blowing" to join the tour, which marks the centenary of the New Zealand's first visit to Great Britain.
That squad contained one Australian, Dally Messenger, and Price has been picked to uphold that tradition.
Andrew Johns was first choice but had to retire because of injury while Darren Lockyer was also ruled out.
