Workington Town chairman Dave Bowden has expressed his concern at the team's recent performances. Despite qualifying in third place from Group 5 of the Northern Rail Cup, sections of the fans remained unhappy and Bowden acknowledged their concerns.
"No one at the club is happy with the performances," he told BBC Radio Cumbria. "Not the coach, the backroom staff, the players or the directors."
"If the current trend continues, the season will be pretty traumatic."
However, Bowden was quick to reassure the fans that the club is working hard to address the problems.
"Everyone knows we can play better than we are, but it's too early to panic. We have to sit down and make sure we have a plan to turn it round. That is our focus."
