Morgan played for Parramatta, Canberra and Warriors (NZ) |
Hull KR coach Justin Morgan has agreed a two-and-a-half year contract extension ahead of Sunday's Challenge Cup tie with Warrington. Morgan has overseen a record-breaking 17 straight wins this term after moving from French club Toulouse last year.
The 30-year-old Australian signed a deal that will keep him at Craven Park until the end of 2008.
"I'm absolutely delighted to extend my stay," said Morgan. "I strongly believe this club is on the up and up."
Welsh international Morgan masterminded a first-ever Challenge Cup semi-final appearance for a French club with Toulouse last year.
On Sunday, he will be hoping to upset the odds again when his National League team take on their Super League counterparts Warrington in front of BBC Grandstand's cameras.
