Bradford Bulls are to help Australia's Canterbury Bulldogs prepare for Friday's Carnegie World Club Challenge clash against the Leeds Rhinos. The Bulldogs have not played since their Grand-Final win over Sydney Roosters last October and are expected to train with Bradford this week.
"I am a bit surprised in some ways," Rhinos coach Tony Smith told the Yorkshire Evening Post.
"I'm not sure what they will get out of it, unless they actually play contact."
Smith also had slight dig at Bradford for helping a foreign team.
"We had our final practice game against London on Tuesday and I was really pleased another Super League coach was prepared to play a game to help us," he added.
