Murdoch's team are chasing six wins in the round-robin |
Great Britain's men's curling team continued their impressive form at the Winter Olympics with a 7-6 victory over Germany for their fourth win. David Murdoch's side top the standings after the hard-fought win and look to be in with a very good chance of moving into the semi-finals.
After a cagey opening, Britain fell 2-0 behind in the third end.
But they held their nerve and took a 5-2 lead by the seventh end before fending off Germany's late efforts.
Every team will have nine round-robin games, with the best four moving forward to the knock-out stages.
On Wednesday, Great Britain lost their first match against Canada but bounced back to beat defending Olympic champions Norway in the evening.
