James fractured his left cheekbone and was mildly concussed when was accidentally elbowed by Houston centre Dikembe Mutombo on Wednesday. But James, who turned 20 on Thursday, is not expected to miss any games. "I am so happy," said Cleveland coach Paul Silas. "Your worst fear is that he's going to be out a long time."
