In the men's race Tim Don defended his national crown, comfortably holding off Will Clarke to win in 1:52:44.
Wales' Marc Jenkins finished an encouraging ninth as he continues his comeback after deep vein thrombosis.
The Windsor race acts as a qualifying event for the men's ITU World Cup race in Salford next month.
There were 80 elite athletes in a 2,500-strong field, with the course taking in Windsor Castle, Eton College and the River Thames.
