Double Olympic gold medallist Rebecca Adlington tells BBC Sport's Clare Balding she has learnt from the disappointment of failing to win a medal in her favoured 800m freestyle event at the 2009 World Championships and is now approaching her best form.

Adlington will be competing in the 200, 400 and 800m events at the European Championships in Budapest.
