Annabel Vernon came away with a silver medal at the Beijing Games
Olympic rowing silver medallist Annabel Vernon has told BBC Radio Cornwall she has not yet decided whether she will compete at the London 2012 Games.
"I still haven't quite committed to 2012, I'm still weighing up my options.
"But I'm absolutely loving my rowing and at the moment can't imagine doing anything else," said Vernon, 26.
Vernon, who is from Wadebridge, won a silver medal in the quadruple sculls at the Beijing Games and has just finished third in the singles at the GB trials.
"Having done an Olympics now I know how intense it is and how much pressure there is," she added.
"Just finishing is such a relief, because you know the pressure is over. It sounds like such an awful thing to say, but the 18 months prior to the Games was so stressful.
"There's so much riding on it, that sometimes it's hard to remember that it's just a rowing race - and you should enjoy it."
Of Vernon's Beijing crew-mates in the quadruple scull, Katherine Grainger has committed to rowing towards 2012 but Frances Houghton and Debbie Flood are both taking time off why they consider their futures.
