Team Bath recorded an 89-27 win at Glasgow Wildcats on Sunday to extend their 100% record for the season and remain top of netball's Superleague.

The visitors were never challenged by the Wildcats, who are yet to win this term, and were 43-19 up at the break.

"This was the definitely the best four-quarter game we've played this season," said Team Bath head coach Jess Garland.

"We've been looking for a performance when we can stretch it out for all four quarters, so it was very encouraging."

The victory made it 10 wins from 10 games for the leaders, who remain two points clear of Loughborough Lightning at the top of the table.

"The line-up we put out in the first quarter really caught Glasgow out for speed. Pamela Cookey and Tamsin Greenway are a very mobile unit," said Garland.

"We were a little bit more wasteful of the ball in the second quarter.

"In the second half we turned over more ball and the whole unit created more opportunities for Rachel Dunn, who was sinking her shots really nicely.

"We put everyone on and tried out some combinations, and that had a real impact. There was a real sense of competitiveness and we've taken a lot from this game," she added.
