Guildford Flames coach Dixon sees dip in confidence

Guildford Flames player-coach Paul Dixon admits some of his players have not been at their best recently.
The EPL outfit, who lie second in the table, are looking to bounce back from their first pointless weekend of the current campaign.
He told BBC Surrey: "I think a few of our players have lost a bit of confidence. Their is game not where they would like it to be.
"The boys have got to focus and be mentally ready to start the next game."
The 37-year-old added: "I think the key is we're conceding a goal early in games. You see the players heads drop and it's an uphill struggle from there."
The Flames failed to make up ground on leaders Manchester Phoenix as they lost away to Basingstoke Bison and at home to Slough Jets.
They travel to Milton Keynes Lightning on Saturday before welcoming Basingstoke to the Spectrum.
"I think this season is going to go down to the wire and that shows how competitive the league is this year," Dixon said.
"There's five teams in there with a really good chance of winning it."
Meanwhile, the Flames have re-signed forward Andrew Hemmings, who had been released by Basingstoke Bison.
